Hitachi 160 GB S-ATA - vaporware here; order in the US?

As the subject indicates, the 160 GB Hitachi S-ATA drive is still not available at my current location. On ebay.com I saw a couple of them, so the drive must at least exist. Should I order in the US then? Is it worth the hassle with all that fees, custom-related stuff and trouble and whatnot? :shock:
