Persistant bluetooth stack error

hello everyone,

I have this persistant bluetooth stack error message that pops up and it's quite annoying. Although I press ok, bluetooth items like my dinovo set and cellphone are still connected. I tried the latest drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled the built in card in device manager and reloaded drivers. The message still comes up. I have the latest bios as well. I tried logitech's drivers and then thinkpad's and it still comes up.

Does anyone know if this hardware related? or if there is a fix for this?
