DRIVERS folder on T43p-- can it be deleted or trimmed?

I have a huge (2.4 gb) folder named DRIVERS on my T43p XP laptop. I cannot believe that all that is necessary-- how do I trim it to what is needed, and toss away the rest (cab files, etc.)? It is one of the largest folders on my laptop!

Delete, its just the install files for the software and drivers already installed on your laptop.

or better yet, burn it to a dvd, file it and then delete the subdir. :wink:
