Both are like new. The Cruzer Micro is tiny and lights up blue when theres any activity. Theres some software on the drive to password protect files if you want or you can download it from their website. The mp3 companion is a no frills mp3 player. Stock ear phones didnt sound good so I suggest you get a better pair. **SOLD** shipped USPS Priority.
