I have one 256MB PC 133 SODIMM, pulled from my X30, for sale.
The Part number is FRU 19K4655
(Infineon 32Mx64 SDRAM CL3 PC133-333-520)

Asking for $50 shipped USPS Priority Mail. Credit Card via Paypal is ok.
