It's ucstartup.exe
According to Liutilities, it's for the IBM Update Connector, which doesn't seem like a big deal (I can always manually start it up if I want it), but on the description it says: "...This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated."
Is it OK to disable or should I just leave it?
Thanks in advance.
