Anyone here got experience with USB IDE Adapter connecting a desktop HDD to my T40?

I have connected the Cable, Power Cord, set the HDD in Master mode. Connected, and nothing happened.

Any idea?

Is the HD spinning up?

External power supply correctly connected? USB port/s can't provide enough power to supply a 3.5" HD.

Are you certain the HD is correctly attached to the IDE interface card?
