FSU question regarding LCD replacement

Hi,

I have an R32 with a smashed LCD. The IBM site lists 3 different manufactures of 14" XGA screens, each of course with their own FSU. Can I replace my screen with any of these 3 or must I replace it with the same FSU one? Or does anyone know of even more alternative displays?
