Factory Settings

My Thinkpad has a virus, i would like to restore my computer to the factory settings. Then invest in some high end protection. My question is what are the steps to restoring my thinkpad to the factory settings.

Press the Access IBM button on BIOS boot screen, you should be able to find your way to do a complete system restore. This is assuming you didn't remove the hidden partition.
