I am experiencing a problem with my keyboard when I am typing; the keys are not working when I press on them. It started with one, then it became many. I did not spill anything on the keyboard, so I don't know what it could be. I would appreciate any ideas or help as it is very annoying .
I have T42 2379 DXU Bluetooth, etc. It is a year and a half old.
Thanks,
Sand

Some people have had success fixing keyboard problems by taking out the keyboard and then plugging it back in. This may be the easiest (and thus the first) thing you should try.
Dell Latitude 7370 (QHD+, 2.84lb); HP Pavilion x2 12-b096ms (FHD+, 3.14lb); Microsoft Surface 3 (FHD+, 2.00lb);
HP Z440 (Xeon E5-1630 v3); Dell OptiPlex 5040 SFF (Core i5-6600), OptiPlex XE2 (Core i7-4770S)
Acer ET322QK, T272HUL; Crossover 404K; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP

Keys not typing
It's not really the whole keyboard, but mainly the 'r' and 's' letters are the ones that seemed to be the worst.
Asking me to take out the keyboard is like asking me to take out the radiator in my car. I wouldn't know where to start. I'm afraid if I pull off the one letter I might break it.. Does anyone know what could cause sticky keys to begin with, and then maybe I could find the answer to un-sticking them.
TIA,
Sand
