Connection problems?

#1 Post by smek » Tue May 09, 2006 7:24 pm

I ahve a problem with my connection, it seems to be braking up every 30 seconds or so. At first I thought it was conflict between thinkpads acess connection, the dlink software and windows but after messing with it that seems to not be the problem. I restarted the router, but that jsut messes up my connection settings and doesnt correct the problem. So anyone have any ideas?

Greetings,

What model thinkpad you use, huh? :?

Did you configure your wireless properly or not? I also get the same problem this morning and what i do is i disconnect my thinkpad wireless from the wireless signal (not the router for your info) and reconnect the connection again. The wireless network connection icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen popped out a message telling me that my connection is connected. After that i got no problems at all.

Before this reconnection, my wireless connection keeps on telling me limited connection and i got fedup and ignored it then who knows it turned off my wireless radio.
