I am using NHC what are the right voltages for 1.83GHz?

My 1.83Ghz X60 has the FAN running almost all of the time, I would like to reduce the voltages in order to lower the CPU temperature, I am using Notebook Hardware Control (NHC) what are the right or PROVEN voltages in order to make it work stable and COLD ?, thanks
