I have a problem with the start up & HDD protect. pass where I can't disable it. I've gone into the BIOS and try to disable it but no vain........ I remember the first time I've been able to enable and disable it without problems.
Any help and comments would be appreciated.

Did you try using an empty password? Go into Bios, hit the HD password line, type in the old password and then hit enter for the next two lines (the new password typed in twice). That worked for me, but I have to abmit that it wasn't obvious at first.
