ThinkPad T60 Supply/Display Availability

Has anyone seen any official or unofficial news about the constraints on supply for the T60 15.4 SXGA+ display?

I have had one on order with Lenovo for nearly 2 months now and it is not expected to be available/built until the end of this month.

Any links or info would be appreciated.
