don't think so. used it with a Playstation 3, it lagged a bit at the first few keystrokes when "waking up" then i think it was ok after it connected.

I've used this keyboard. Except for when waking up, no lag issues when connected to my T42P. Great feeling keys too.

FYI- This keyboard can be used with any Sony PS3 too. :)
