Can anyone help me find a cable?

I'm looking for the cable for the thunderbolt 3 workstation dock number 03x7540 because my cable doesn't work... Lenovo parts rep says it's out of stock with 60 days wait and no guarantee that it will come back in stock after 60 days... I picked this dock for my X1 Extreme Gen 2.. I can't buy another thunderbolt 3 workstation dock or get a replacement because it too is now sold out... they say "it may be in stock in 60 days but no guarantee" from the rep i can buy another dock on ebay but no guarantee I'll get the cable in the order... I can't use any other USB C thunderbolt 3 cable or dock because I need slim tip passthrough because 100w USB C PD isn't enough power to drive my X1E2 to it's full power without the battery dieing plus i don't have enough outlets to run 2 power supplies one for dock and one for laptop because I've maxed out an outlet strip so need the slim tip passthrough

only place I've found it for sale so far that doesn't seem to be sold out is on ieBay in the united kingdom at a price of almost $160 usd including shipping.. at that point i could buy a whole new dock from Lenovo... only if Lenovo still sold them as the whole dock is also not listed on the website and might be discontinued because being sold out should just say sold out not deleted entirly from the website

It's just a Thunderbolt 3 cable with a pass-through power, if you lost the cable, I think you can just get a regular 0.5Meter thunderbolt cable and plug the 230W power supply directly into the back of your P52 laptop.
