Need help buying Warranty outside US

hello all ,
I need to upgrade my warranty on the 6th gen x1 carbon
Currently it has 2 years .. i would like to extend it and also add ISE .. since i am not in the US i am having a hard time on their site.
it switches to US and only gives me US states as billing option.
Is there someone who can help ?

someone sugggested going through US vpn and paying via paypal ..doesnt seem to work ..

A long time ago I succeeded placing an order using an American Express card to which a US billing address was added as a secondary billing address.

With that said, the laptop needs to be originally a US model, otherwise attachment of the warranty may fail. This is exactly what happened to me back then. The process of getting refunded was even more "fun" than the process of ordering.
