How to Widen Scroll Bars in Windows 10/11

FYI, I have followed the instructions in the below link to widen the scroll bars on three separate laptops now. Two X230T and one P53.

IMHO, especially when using a touch screen like on the X230T, it is helpful to have wider scroll bars.
