Screw size for fan

I'm trying to replace the fan on an X61 and can't figure out the screw size.

I don't have a screwdriver small enough to fasten the screws.

Could it be PH000?

Probably PH00.

Careful.

They could be aluminum and very easily stripped.

Don't ask me how I know.
